Do you have a family rate?
Our group rates start at 20 people
Do you sell a one ride pass?
Nope, our minimum pass is 2 hours
Do you make your own snow?
Yes, we use state of the art snow making equipment
Do you have to rent the tube?
Nope, the tube is included with your lift ticket
Can we bring our own tubes?
Nope , we provide all the tubes
How many people can go in the tube?
One person per tube

Do you have 4 person tubes?
We have single tubes to accommodate one person, however you can link tubes together up to four people
Can my 4 year old ride on my lap?
Children must ride in their own tube but can be linked up with their caregiver
Can we get our money back if our 4 year old does not like it or is scared?
Once you purchase a ticket we do not give cash back.
Can we bring in our own food?
Do we need to bring our own helmets?
Yes, if you have a helmet (bicycle/hockey) please bring them along. We rent helmets for $4 each.
Do you have private rooms we can rent?
We have one room that we rent for birthday parties
Do you offer birthday party packages?

Is Snow tubing safe?
Snow Tubing, like skiing or snowboarding, is an adventure sport, and therefore
does have some inherent risks. River Valley Tube Park does everything possible to operate a safe snow tubing park. Our lifts are inspected daily to ensure safe operation, our friendly staff undergo many hours of training, completing checklists to ensure the safety of all our guests an staff.
How should I dress for snow tubing?
Dress for winter weather! The best way to prepare fan an outdoor adventure is to layer clothing. This provides the option to add or remove layers in the event of changing weather conditions. Weat a hat, gloves, boots, a warm jacket, and snow pants if you prefer. CSA approved helmets are a requirement for those 12 & under. We encourage you bring along your personal hockey or skating helmet as only a limited number are available to rent.
Do I need to be a certain age or height to snow tube?
Yes. In order to participate in snow tubing, you must be at least 4 years old.
If I have a birthday party, social gathering or just friends from work, can I reserve my tubing session in advance?
Yes! The best way to guarantee your tubing spot is to book in advance! Group tubing sessions should be booked one week in advance. Contact us for additional information.
